At First Holywood Presbyterian Church we have a series of Mission organisations which we partner with on a long term basis. We also have a number of Mission Partnerships: Six organisations with whom we will focus our support and build relationships over the coming two years.

Young Life is a Christian ministry that reaches out to young people in more than 100 countries around the world building bridges of authentic friendship.

PCI United Appeal

The United Appeal for Mission is at the very heart of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland. Every aspect of the Church's mission depends to some extent on United Appeal. It supports projects at home and overseas.


Girls Brigade NI

GB NI is a dynamic, relevant, Christ-centred organisation effectively reaching out to all girls to value, nurture and equip them for life.

Storehouse North Down

Storehouse North Down exists, as a charity, to be a real answer for those families and individuals who live close to or at the edge of their finances by providing emergency food hampers by referral from our partners.

Christians in Sport is a UK based charity that aims to reach the world of sport for Christ, now supports over 10,000 Christians within the world of sport. This gospel impact extends to 150 countries throughout the world

Jengana is a Christian Organisation seeking to support people who are living in extreme poverty, primarily in urban areas of Kenya.

Flourish NI support survivors of modern slavery, providing long-term tailored support for survivors and their immediate family, as they overcome trauma and rebuild their lives.


Mercy Ships

Mercy Ships is a faith-based international development organisation that deploys hospital ships to some of the poorest countries in the world, delivering vital, free healthcare to people in desperate need.


Irish Bible Institute

Based in Dublin, the Irish Bible Institute provides undergraduate and postgraduate courses in theology, alongside resources for churches to enable them to corporately deepen their understanding of God’s word.

High School Friends

Scripture Union NI

Scripture Union Northern Ireland have a passion for children and young people, for their families and for the local church. They work to share God’s Good News to every child and every young person across Northern Ireland.
